This cover is optional. Any RaetsMarine client is entitled to receive our quotation for our Marine Defence cover. It covers the legal costs, which must reasonably be made, to protect the client in respect of claims or disputes, which are arising from contracts made to perform the marine adventure. Apart from being covered for the costs of external lawyers or other service providers, we offer our extensive in house legal services, free of charge. Our Marine Defence policies will not be underwritten on a ‘stand alone’ basis, but only in combination with one of the other insurances.
