Welcome to the Raets Marine Bunker Convention Blue Card website.

This website has been created with the objective to provide Clients, Brokers and Flag States with an easy access point for obtaining information on the Bunker Convention, making requests for a Bunker Convention Blue Card and checking the status of issued Bunker Convention Blue Cards.

The latter can only be done by logging in by using a user name and password, which will be provided automatically once a Bunker Convention Blue Card has been issued.
